Seneca is a company focused on creating versatile and high-quality clothing designed for a range of environments including home, office, and travel. Our goal was to redesign an existing Shopify e-commerce site to increase conversion. We started with a UX audit to find the pain points of each page and why it was difficult for users to shop. We found many critical mistakes which we addressed by creating better information architecture and cleaner structure for each page. Now the navigation is intuitive, with clear categories and quick links to new arrivals and popular items. We have put a lot of effort into the PDP. It describes the wide range of uses and functions of SENECA garments. Each product page provides detailed descriptions, high-resolution images, and options for different sizes and colors, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
